Service Description
Acute consultations are for 'check-in' to 'touch base', to discuss and review your progress mid-way through your nutritional plan. We like to touch base to ensure you are feeling good about your progress and make any adjustments if something really isn't sticking. *These are booked at the discretion of the practitioner.*
Cancellation Policy
At Extra Veg Nutrition, we ask for your respect towards our time and other clients access to appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to notify us 24-hours before your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the total fee. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a booking forfeit and 100% of the fee. We understand that life can be unplanned and unexpected, so exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis. We ask for you enduring respect and to contact us at carmen@extravegnutrition.com.au should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If for any reason a practitioner cannot attend an appointment due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be advised as soon as possible. Extra Veg Nutrition offers the client option to reschedule or a full refund.
